About
Consulting with Purpose
A message from Kristine Hensley:
"Changing culture and climate to create learning and work environments that allow students and adults to grow and excel beyond expectations does not come from a program or curriculum. It comes from a place where we evaluate our psyche, our biases, our systems, and simply our "way of being". In order to meet your unique needs, my services are tailored to address identified gaps, strategic planning, improve systems and teams, increase performance and improve overall culture to achieve optimal results in all facets of your organization. I’m an honest, passionate and experienced educational professional whose first priority is ensuring any product/service recommendations are made in the best interest of my clients; providing prescriptive services emphasizing adaptability, scalability, and sustainability upon release of our time together. My philosophy of successful consulting and coaching is that as our work together may be ending, districts/organizations will be independently able to continue to improve systems, knowledge, and skills aligned to strategic plans, and to operate and sustain efforts without the need for ongoing intensive consulting services".
**Pricing is negotiated based on the services being requested, scope of work, and length of the contractual term to ensure organizations can receive the services truly needed and desired of services to goals and financial parameters. Service provision is prescriptive and targeted and I do not apply a “one size fits all” approach with clients.
